The Senior Solutions Engineer reports to the Vice President, Sales Engineering. As a sales liaison, the SSE will be engaged throughout the sales process, during deployment and roll-out, and will focus on experiential retail customer engagement technology.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of a broad range of hardware, software, and complementary applications as well as keen sales acumen. The role is equal parts sales and engineering, and requires extensive travel and the ability to confidently present to clients and prospects at all levels. The Senior Solutions Engineer will work collaboratively with Sales Executives and the VP, Retail Practice Leader to concept and fully scope complex customer engagement solutions using RMG’s technology offerings as well as third party offerings.
This role interfaces heavily with Project Management, Professional Services, Creative Design, and Development to accurately communicate the customer’s interests to each team.
