After spending two years and millions of dollars in development, we have the age-old challenge (opportunity) to reposition everything we do . . . in engaging with prospective customer to introduce and sell our new solutions. Solutions that can be tailored to multiple industries, drive impact with robust content and create engagement with customized content on an easy-to use CMS.
We are currently looking for a Solution Sales Executive to join our North America Sales team. The Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for driving strategy, planning and executing sales, and delivering customer satisfaction to enterprise accounts. By working closely with our strategic partners, channel community and directly selling to clients, the Solutions Sales Executive will drive market share and revenue growth through ongoing pipeline development and closing activities.
- Take a leadership role driving RMG Enterprise Solutions sales for the assigned territory
- Be the go-to expert on RMG Enterprise Solutions in a collaborative sales approach with our strategic partners, channels community and customers
- Build and execute an innovative joint business plan with our strategic partners and channels community to meet and exceed assigned quota
- Engage with cross-functional resources including: Engineering, Marketing, IT and Management to drive RMG Enterprise Solutions sales
- Grow and convert pipeline
- Accurately forecast pipeline development (weekly, monthly and quarterly) and report on RMG Enterprise Solutions opportunities within the assigned territory
- Manage territory using accurate forecasting to deliver sales results
- Negotiate with peers, partners and customers using a win/win philosophy
- Ensure customer satisfaction; establish reference customers
- Represent RMG Enterprise Solutions at customer & partner meetings, trade shows, events and conferences
- Travel is required
